We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of the conditions of our furniture items. We offer three main conditions: In-Box, New, and Refurbished.
In-Box:
- In-Box items are brand new and have never been opened. They are in their original packaging, untouched and ready for a fresh start in your home.
- Condition Details: These items are sealed and have undergone no handling beyond their initial packaging.
New:
- New items are products that have been taken out of the box but are otherwise unused. They are in pristine condition, waiting to become a stylish addition to your space.
- Condition Details: While these items are new and unused, some may have minor imperfections, such as nicks or scratches, which could have occurred during transportation.
Refurbished:
- We do a little bit of liquidation, but we are starting to get out of it for easier way to move product! we might still have a couple pieces that are still left from Costco liquidation.
Note: It's important to acknowledge that due to the nature of transportation, some items, regardless of condition, may have minor nicks. We are committed to transparency and will always disclose any visible imperfections.
